Most home-service companies won't give you a number until someone is standing in your driveway. Here are ours. These are starting prices; the flat quote comes before we start, and it doesn't move unless the job does.

Why we publish prices at all
Because it's the first thing everyone wants to know, and the industry standard is to withhold it until a salesperson is at your door — on the theory that it's harder to say no in person. We'd rather you found out we're not a fit before you spend twenty minutes on the phone. Every number on this page is a starting point for that category of work. Send a photo and you'll get the real, flat figure for your job, usually within the hour, and always before we lift anything.
What moves the price
A handful of things, and none of them show up as a surprise at the end.
Junk removal and cleanouts are priced by volume — how much of the truck it fills — and by what it weighs at the county facility. A packed garage and a single sofa are different jobs even when both take one visit.
A second floor with no elevator, a long carry from a storage unit to the truck, a gate that needs check-in, a lanai door narrower than the sofa. Access is the most underestimated line in any hauling or moving quote, and it's why we ask for a photo of the path, not just the item.
Some jobs are one person and forty minutes. Some need two people and most of a morning. For open-ended work, half-day and full-day blocks are usually cheaper than stacking up separate call-outs.
We cover Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples. Inside that footprint distance is a minor factor, but a pickup at one end and a drop at the other is a longer job than a cross-town run.
Disposal isn't free. County facilities charge by weight, some materials cost more to drop, and hazardous items can't be taken at all. Where disposal applies, it's inside the quote rather than added to the invoice.

A photo and one line about what you need is usually enough. Call instead if you'd rather talk it through — you'll reach someone who can quote the work, not a dispatcher.
Get a flat quote
Usually within the hour during working hours. It covers the crew, the vehicle and the disposal — the whole job, not an hourly rate that starts running when we arrive.
We confirm before we start
If what's on site is bigger than what was in the photo, you get a revised number before anything moves. Approve it, or we do the original scope. Nothing gets discovered on the invoice.

Are these prices final?
They're starting prices — the floor for a visit in that category. The number that matters is the flat quote you get back after sending a photo, and that one doesn't change unless the job does.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, and you get one before any work starts. If the answer is that we're not the right fit, that's free too.
Is it hourly or flat?
Flat for most jobs, quoted from a photo. Half-day and full-day blocks exist for open-ended work where the scope genuinely can't be pinned down in advance — and for a run of small jobs, a block is usually cheaper than booking each one separately.
What if the job turns out bigger than the photo?
We re-quote before we continue. You approve the new number or we stick to the original scope. The one thing that doesn't happen is finding out afterwards.
Is there a minimum?
The starting price for a category is effectively the minimum for a visit — a truck and a crew showing up has a floor. If you've got several small things, bundling them into a single visit is the cheapest way to use us, because you're only paying for one trip.
Why is this cheaper than a contractor for small jobs?
Because you're not paying for licensed trade time, permit handling, or a call-out minimum sized for much larger work. For anything permitted or regulated the comparison doesn't apply — that's a licensed contractor's job, and we'll tell you so.
