Do you provide same-day or next-day Nextdoor deliveries?
Same-day and next-day availability depends on the route and crew schedule. Text the listing and your preferred window and we’ll tell you what is open.
Can you pay the seller for me at pickup?
No. The buyer and seller need to complete payment directly. We handle the pickup and delivery after the purchase is arranged.
What size truck and crew should I book?
Send photos, dimensions, and access details. We’ll recommend a pickup, trailer, or box truck and the number of movers the job needs.
Can you disassemble or assemble furniture?
We can often add light disassembly, assembly, or placement. Tell us what the piece is and send a photo so we can quote it accurately.
What if the item is not as described when you arrive?
We can document visible condition at pickup, but the buyer and seller remain responsible for deciding whether to complete the transaction. We do not negotiate or guarantee a listing.
Can you pick up an item and hold it for a few days?

Do I need to be there for pickup?
No. Many customers arrange access directly with the seller. We confirm the handoff instructions with you before the crew leaves.
What happens if the seller is not home or the item is not ready?
We call or text the contact you provided, document the attempt, and explain any additional trip or waiting time before taking the next step.
Can you inspect the item for damage before loading it?
We can note visible condition and share photos when requested. A delivery crew is not a professional appraiser or product inspector.
Can you move the item inside?
Yes, when the access and item are suitable. Tell us about stairs, tight turns, elevators, or assembly needs so we can quote the right crew.
What supplies and protective equipment do you bring?
We use the blankets, straps, wrap, and basic protective materials appropriate for the item and route. Any special packing requirement should be discussed before booking.
